About SmartSwipe

SmartSwipe is software built for travel agents and travel businesses — a workspace for bringing in supplier rates, comparing them, adding your margin privately, and producing customer-ready quotes. SmartSwipe is operated by Cabifyx Tech Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using the SmartSwipe website or application, you agree to these Terms.

Your information and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the travel, supplier, and customer information you enter into SmartSwipe. SmartSwipe helps you organise and quote that information — it does not verify it on your behalf.

SmartSwipe is not a supplier or authority

SmartSwipe is not an airline, hotel, visa authority, or any other travel supplier, and does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or outcome of any flight, hotel, visa application, or other travel service. Any comparisons or quotes you build in SmartSwipe reflect the information you and your suppliers provide, not a live booking or confirmation from any third party.

Travel Check

Where SmartSwipe provides travel checks or warnings, these are intended as assistance to help you catch potential issues — they are not authoritative immigration, visa, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for checking directly with the relevant airline, embassy, consulate, or other authority.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Plans and subscriptions

SmartSwipe offers Basic, Pro, and Ultimate subscription plans, each with the features described on our Pricing page. Eligible organisations can start with a 7-Day Free Trial on the plan of their choice, subject to eligibility. Subscription, cancellation, and payment-failure handling are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SmartSwipe — including attempting to interfere with the service, access other users' data without authorisation, or use SmartSwipe for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

SmartSwipe, its software, design, and branding are owned by the Company. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SmartSwipe to you. You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into SmartSwipe.

Disclaimers

SmartSwipe is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of SmartSwipe, including losses arising from third-party supplier information, pricing, or availability.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SmartSwipe for accounts that misuse the service, breach these Terms, or where required for security reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as SmartSwipe evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
